Led four key Operational Excellence initiatives for a food training program

Key project goal: Provide targeted strategic advisory support on four key project areas as designated by the Chief Program Officer.

Project duration: 3 months

Arensa Consulting helped the Chief Program Officer accomplish four goals before the EOY deadline which included the following:

  1. Build a strategic approach to measuring Social Capital that is built through the organization’s programs.

  2. Conduct an operational program audit to monitor the client experience through each process, from initial application, to interview, to acceptance.

  3. Apply a critical lens to the existing program logic models to identify any gaps in strategy and ensure they align with the organization’s mission

  4. Revamp the client “Pulse” surveys used for frequent check-ins by assessing the usefulness of existing questions, proposing new questions, and suggesting new data analysis methods

Project Impact: Arensa Consulting not only completed the four strategic tasks, but identified dependencies, especially between the pulse surveys and social capital framework. By extending the strategic lens further, Arensa Consulting helped the organization measure Social Capital directly in their existing surveys.
