Arensa Consulting helped the Grants Manger automate all grants reporting and unlock reporting/tracking flexibility all within Google Sheets. By speaking with the Grants Manager and learning the variables and intricacies of different grant statuses, configurations, and scenarios, we helped them build a holistic tracking system in Google Sheets that automated all required Grant Reporting and unlocked real-time visibility into funding horizons.

Arensa joined a multi-service organization in Brooklyn as a Fractional Data Lead to lead database administration (Bonterra) for 30+ programs capturing different client data, and identify & execute improvements in the data workflows to ease admin burden.
Project Mgmt: Opening a new Food Warehouse
West Side Campaign Against Hunger, a food bank on the upper west side, hired Arensa Consulting to manage and resolve all non-construction building requirements for their new food warehouse that was opening. This project managed all vendor selection and procurement as well as remote working policies and change management communications.

An Immigrant Rights Organization requested Project Management Support to help the whole team implement funder-mandated program design requirements (i.e. promotional materials, branding, launch communications, data and success tracking tools, partnership alignment, program execution capability)
