Led four key Operational Excellence initiatives for a food training program
Arensa Consulting provided strategic advisory support to the Chief Program Officer and team in four areas: 1) Built a framework on measuring social capital, 2) Conducted a process audit across programs, 3) Reviewed and improved program logic models, and 4) Revamped the client ‘Pulse’ survey.
Worked cross-team to streamline program data tracking
Arensa joined a multi-service organization in Brooklyn as a Fractional Data Lead to lead database administration (Bonterra) for 30+ programs capturing different client data, and identify & execute improvements in the data workflows to ease admin burden.
Drove logistics and strategic planning to open a new food warehouse and office
West Side Campaign Against Hunger, a food bank on the upper west side, hired Arensa Consulting to manage and resolve all non-construction building requirements for their new food warehouse that was opening. This project managed all vendor selection and procurement as well as remote working policies and change management communications.
Led implementation planning for a $50M federal Immigrant Justice Program
An Immigrant Rights Organization requested Project Management Support to help the whole team implement funder-mandated program design requirements (i.e. promotional materials, branding, launch communications, data and success tracking tools, partnership alignment, program execution capability)
